Hi Familia,
We have the booking link for Prairie Meadows hotel room reservations set up now for the reunion.
Some key points to rememer:
Hotel cost for standard rooms (King or Double Queen) is $139 a night. Rates are good from Thursday, May 9 2024 - Monday, May 13, 2024.
Junior and King Suites are available for Friday and Saturday nights at an upcharged rate. Remember to change the date and hit “Refine Search” to look at that availability.
A credit card is needed just to hold reservation and will only be charged at check-in for the reunion.
Hotel rooms need to be reserved by February 1st, 2024

Initial Notification - 5/5/2021
Hello Sandoval Familia,
We are excited to bring you news about the next Sandoval Reunion! It will be co-hosted by the Lupe/Frank Martinez & Mary/Jack Martinez families. At this time we are planning the Reunion for May 10 -12th, 2024 in the Phoenix area, it will be Mothers Day Weekend and what better way to celebrate the Amazing Mothers and women of our family than to all be together to celebrate! We understand that in this uncertain time it is hard to plan and even think about a big family get together, But we would like to put out the information, which of course may need to change depending on the Covid 19/ pandemic guidelines and how this all plays out. We will keep in touch, and I will be working on getting everyone’s updated contact information in the meantime. Please forward this email onto anyone we may have missed, I have also posted this to the Facebook Page. We hope that everyone is doing well navigating this crazy time we are in!
