Family Meeting

At least 1 representative from each family needs to be present to discuss handoff for next reunion

Location: Bishop C Ballroom

• 9AM - Continental Breakfast

• NOON - Family History Presentation & Mother’s Day Celebration

  • All Mothers Please Be Present

• 1PM - 3PM - Entertainment by Guitarras ATM Band

• 4:00PM - Cocktail Hour (Cash Bar) - Entertainment by The Swampland Jewels (duo)

• 5:30PM - 6:30PM - Dinner

• 7PM - 11PM - Entertainment by Crooked Cactus Band

• Silent Auction will continue through Saturday evening - Winners announced at dance

• Lunch not provided at Family History Presentation / Mother’s Day Celebration

• Paying family members can invite a guest to the evening dance - Guest Cost $10

• Photographer will be present from 1:00PM to 7:00PM
